I bought a few surf rod holders and a dehooker. I am impressed with the build quality, premium materials and the expert welding that went in to their fabrication. The price is very reasonable for what you get. I believe these items are best in class. I can’t wait to build a fishing cart with them in the future!

I purchased 4 D&N spike during a sale over a year ago, I have used them through tournaments and put them through the ringer . The quality is unmatched. If you are looking for lifetime fishing accessories this is the place to get it.
I have been round and round with sand spikes. Tried tubes, cheap, expensive, plastic,… all kinds. The Deerfield open 2.0 is the GOAT. The open top design is secure, and fast when snatching up long handle surf rods. The rods don’t get hung up trying to remove them from a tube. The spike itself is beefy and strong. The foot post and angle of the tip make sinking it into the hard shell filled Texas sand a breeze. Have 2 now, ordering 2 more and will be getting a few of the HD shark spikes too.
TLDR: Best spike on the market. Get it, you will not be disappointed!!
