I have had a Deerfield custom cart for four seasons, going on five. It's on the beach for hundreds of hours a season, rides in the Deerfield hitch attachment two hours each way dozens of times each season, and has shown only minimal signs of wear. It's easy enough to push while carrying 8 rods, two coolers (one large, one medium), 8 large aluminum sand spikes, 4 Beach chairs, tackle bag, food bag, clothes and towel bag and anything else I bring. At the end of a l0+ hour session, I'm always grateful to have my Deerfield cart to get everything back to the truck.
I've set up all my sand spikes with a Deerfield microfiber towel. Nice towels with grommet and mini biner. Easy to add an M5 eye bolt or nut to sand spike angle (drill another hole) with a square nut and lock washers.

Liked the firsrt one I bought and went back for a second. Grip-length adjustment on the Open Face 2.0 makes it perfect for staking long surf-meat rods. The towel is a nice touch, but I moved mine higher from the rod cup by adding an eye nut stack above the adjustment holes. Great service from Deerfield - near immediate shipping.
